1982
The Beginning in Beirut
Our founder started the first bakery in the heart of Beirut. Armed with his grandmother's slow-fermented sourdough starter and secret za'atar mix, the aroma quickly drew crowds from across the city.
1996
Arrival in the UAE
Bringing the authentic taste of Lebanon to the Emirates. The first stone oven was built using traditional techniques to recreate the exact crispy exterior and chewy interior of our heritage bread.
2010
Expansion & Modern Craft
As demand grew, we modernized our facilities while keeping the artisanal core of hand-kneading intact. We opened 5 new locations across the UAE without compromising on our single-origin za'atar and local fresh ingredients.
